Amazon Delivery Stations - Planning/Landscape Architecture

Civil site design for two Amazon Delivery Stations (219k SF buildings) including on/off-site roadway, parking, utilities, and storm drainage infrastructure. Large-scale, master-planning and extensive landscape design included maximizing preservation of existing trees, incorporating native plantings, and landscaped focal points, all to provide screening, sustainability, and beautification. Coordinated with MEP for to accommodate EV charging stations throughout parking areas and designed on-site traffic circulation for trucks and smaller vehicles.
